It was my birthday yesterday! We had a really delicious snoek braai in the evening, with salads and a cranberry and mint punch- and I got a surprise birthday cake! All round a very happy day. Thank you to everyone who sent messages, called, made me breakfast (jeff), gave me hugs and made me feel super special- love to you all! x

hello friends- yes, we're still alive and smiling! We've been spending time with family and friends in Sedgefield and Jeffrey's Bay. Looks like we may head off towards the Transkei sometime next week- but for now Ubuntu is our home again!
